Is it good or bad? Well, I have to say it works both way... If you're glad to be manipulated, you're happy to become his/ her slave - I mean you're willing to flip yourself around for him/ her - to certain extent, it means you luv him/ her, that's why you're satisfied to be flipped around.
BUT - most of the time we're just human - we have emotions or what we called ego, if your ego are too big - you'll probably never & ever be manipulated by someone even he/ she is your lover,

If you are addicted to your lover, you might be changed, there's no doubt about it. People getting influenced easily - no only limited to love, but peer, colleagues, culture... Always bear in mind there're no eternal things in the reality. Everything changes easily, life goes on.
Life is easy in terms of it comes & goes without prediction. Things changed, people changes, why don't you change yourself - not for your lover - but for YOURSELF!
