My secret recipe / Pappardelle in pesto cream sauce with bayley leave


let's go for veggie to clear your stomach & your soul :)

It's healthy with an exotic touch - thanks to the barley leave, I start to use it quite often in my cooking, which blends into the favour of soup/ pasta perfectly.


ingredients (serve for 2-3 ppl)
pappardelle                              10 pcs
tomato                                     1-2 pcs         
whipping cream                        1 box


seasonings
sea salt & pepper          as you like
mixed herb                   as you like
pesto dips                     2 tablespoon


method 
1) boil the pasta for 10 mins, add salt, make sure it's al dente
2) slice tomato into half, then pieces
3) add whipping cream, mixed with pesto sauce
4) cut the barley leaves into pieces & mix it with the dish
4) season it w/ basil + pepper > done! easy peasy ;)


small tips
spice up the dish with the pesto dips, the one I'm using is from wingreens farms. You could probably buy any pesto sauce in supermarket too to uplift your dish to the next level!
