Spice up your summer appetite with this freshly made Thai salad!
I start to bring my own lunchbox these days and need some quick recipe. Just prepare it the day before & keep it at the fridge, Isn't it easy?
ingredients (serve for 1 ppl)
pomelo 250 grams
prawn 8-10 pcs
dressing
parsley 1 teaspoon
garlic 1 teaspoon
shallot 1 teaspoon
seasonings
sea salt & pepper as you like
dry chilli as you like
fish/ soya sauce 2 tablespoon
lime 1 pc
method
1) pull apart the pomelo (the most time-consuming part)
2) boil the prawn for 5-10 mins until it's fully cooked, season it with salt & pepper
3) mix the seasonings with dressing
4) mix it with pomelo & prawn
small tips
I don't keep fish sauce all the time at home, that's why I replace it with soya sauce, the dish tastes equally well with soya sauce too!
